Director Operations
Sayed Ghalib is our Director of Operations, excels in strategic planning and communication within both development and humanitarian sectors. He holds a Master in Development Sciences (MSDS) from Iqra University, Islamabad (2013–2015), and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from NWFP University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar (1989–1994/95). His ability to drive positive health outcomes, even in challenging and security-compromised environments, is underpinned by his diverse experience.
Sayed has a proven ability to quickly analyze and identify opportunities for program assistance and interventions, applying innovative approaches and replicating best practices across various thematic areas.
He has extensive experience in coordinating large-scale emergency responses, such as the Health and Nutrition program. His work in this context included supporting health systems, delivering services at over 100 health facilities, and leading community-based nutrition initiatives across eight districts. Additionally, Sayed conducted end-of-project evaluations to enhance program effectiveness and accountability, solidifying his expertise in program management, financial oversight, and knowledge management.
