This project aims to safeguard adolescent girls in seven high-priority districts of AJK by improving HPV vaccine uptake through community mobilization, culturally tailored SBCC, and partnerships with influencers, schools, and CSOs. Advocacy efforts targeting political, religious, and media stakeholders will help generate public support and drive policy progress, while system-level efforts will strengthen EPI alignment, provider capacity, and feedback mechanisms.
