This project aims to safeguard adolescent girls in six target districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by improving HPV vaccine uptake through community mobilization, culturally tailored SBCC, and partnerships with influencers, schools, media and CSOs. Advocacy efforts engaging religious, political and media stakeholders will help generate public support and drive policy progress, while system-level efforts will strengthen EPI alignment, provider capacity, and feedback mechanisms.
