The overall aim of this humanitarian action is to provide integrated health and nutrition services to targeted population of Upper South Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This action will contribute to reducing maternal and under five morbidities, mortalities, and disabilities with improved access to life saving health and nutrition services, including essential PHC, MNCH, health & hygiene promotion, therapeutic, preventive and promotive nutrition.
