Empowering Teams for Stronger Nutrition Services in Punjab

MERF actively participated in the comprehensive onboarding and capacity building training conducted in Lahore for the implementation of the BISP Pakistan 3.0 (BNP) in Punjab with support from the World Food Programme (WFP).

MERF has legacy of successful implementation of the programme across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan. The training equipped project teams with technical knowledge on nutrition, the first 1,000 days approach, beneficiary management, reporting, safeguarding, and programme compliance. The session reinforced MERF’s commitment to delivering high-quality nutrition services that help prevent stunting and address malnutrition among vulnerable mothers and children across Pakistan.
